Who are we?

We, at the politically unaffiliated, transparent, and accountable 'System Change Peramuna,' are law-abiding Sri Lankan citizens (both local and overseas) united without any hidden funding, regardless of age, race, religion, or gender. We work voluntarily and ethically toward one goal: establishing an independent five-pillar governance structure in our motherland. This structure includes a legislature, executive, judiciary, and independent commissions that honour the country's supreme law, the Constitution. Changing the Constitution is essential, as sanctioned by the people for the people through a public referendum. If you want a 'system change' in Sri Lanka, register and participate in this crucial election year that will determine the future of our younger generations. ‘System Change Peramuna’ is your voice for our collective gain as a non-aligned nation.

What are we?

We uphold equality, transparency, meritocracy, honesty, humanity, inclusivity, and pragmatism in everything we do.

cast your vote - to reshape the constitution

Revising our Constitution is fundamental for any "System Change" in Sri Lanka. Below is a public consultation on the changes needed in this constitution. We will forward the items that receive 60% consent for consideration by the Supreme Court, Parliament, or even the President, whoever has the authority to initiate a Public Referendum.
